Data Sharing.

We share data only when necessary to operate the service. We never sell data or share it for advertising.

AI providers — Anthropic

Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate agent responses. When using the platform key, Anthropic's zero-data-retention policy applies — they do not store or train on your data. When using BYOK, Anthropic's standard API terms apply to your key.

Infrastructure providers

Cloudflare processes all HTTP requests and stores Durable Object state. Neon stores all PostgreSQL data. Both are SOC 2 Type II certified. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

Communication providers (optional)

If you enable phone calls, Twilio processes call audio and stores recordings. If you enable payments, Stripe processes payment data. These integrations are opt-in and require you to provide your own credentials.

No advertising or data brokers

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics platforms, or any third party for commercial purposes. Your business data, agent conversations, and contact lists are never monetized.
