Health check

Before reporting a backend issue, check https://the-intern-backend.vksh1cool.workers.dev/health. It reports real-time status of the database, queues, Durable Objects, and AI key availability.

Email support

Contact hello@theintern.ai for account and billing issues. Include your Firebase UID (visible in Settings → Account) and a description of the issue. Response time: 24 hours on Business plan, 48 hours on other plans.

Bug reports

For technical bugs, include: the endpoint you called, the request body (redact any API keys), the response you received, and the timestamp. The messages and credit_transactions tables log everything — support can trace any issue with a timestamp and userId.
