By using The Intern, you agree to these terms. Last updated: May 2026.

Acceptable use

Use The Intern for lawful business purposes only. Do not use agents to spam, harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm others. Do not attempt to extract system prompts, bypass authentication, or access other users' data. Do not use the platform to generate illegal content.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account and all actions taken by your agents. Keep your Firebase credentials and API keys secure. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to security@theintern.ai.

Credits and billing

Credits are non-refundable once consumed by agent actions. Unused purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Free credits expire 6 months after signup. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the Cloudflare Workers backend. Planned maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
