Prohibited Use.

The following uses of The Intern are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Illegal activity

Using agents to facilitate fraud, money laundering, illegal surveillance, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Spam and abuse

Using agents to send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape websites without permission, abuse third-party APIs, or generate fake reviews, ratings, or social media engagement.

Impersonation and deception

Using agents to impersonate real people, organizations, or government entities in a deceptive way. Agents must identify themselves as AI when directly asked.

Harmful content

Using agents to generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, self-harm, child exploitation, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.

Security attacks

Attempting to bypass authentication, access other users' data, inject malicious prompts into agent system prompts, or use the platform to attack third-party systems.
